Mark is a Commercial Real Estate Investment Broker specializing in the acquisition & disposition of single/multi-tenant net leased retail assets. He also co-owns Intra State Property & Development Company which owns and manages over 150,000 sq. ft. of single/multi-tenant retail space across the country. Major tenants under management include Art Van Furniture, DaVita Dialysis, Dollar Tree, Domino’s Pizza, Family Dollar, Beaumont Medical Centers, Salvation Army, Subway, L.A. Insurance, Rite Aid, Leos Coney Island & many others. Mark adds tremendous advisory expertise through his experience of being an owner, developer & manager of net leased assets. Negotiating lease renewals & extensions with tenants are one of his strong suits.
Mark studied Environmental Economics & Policy at Michigan State University. Upon graduation Mark was an assistant regional manager for Wireless Toyz Cellular phone stores. He co-managed and co-directed the development of over 30 + stores across Michigan, Florida & Nevada. Following his role as assistant regional manager, he moved to Fort Lauderdale, FL to pursue a roll as a financial analyst at Marcus & Millichap with a focus on multi-family investments. Working under Still Hunter and Evan Crystal, the top 2 producers of M & M’s multi-family division. Mark joined Encore in January 2017 as the companies first new hire. Having such a diversified background has allowed Mark to add value to every clients’ portfolio.
